“I LOVE THIS PLACE. Being 5 hours from your dad who knows everything about cars is a bit scary when you are a new girl in a big city. Shawn at Al’s is always super friendly and helps out with everything I need. I’ve been coming here for about a year regularly for all things my old little car needs and I don’t plan on stopping with what great service I get. Thank you, Al’s!”

“Had a great experience at 10 Minute Oil Change! Waseem took great care of me and made everything quick and easy. I honestly had no idea they serviced Teslas too! They recently replaced my broken windshield for a really good price and also changed the air filters in my Tesla. Waseem was friendly, professional, and had me taken care of in about 10 minutes. Great service, fair prices, and super convenient. Definitely recommend them, especially to other Tesla owners!”

“Came in today after purchasing a used tire from Freeways on Saturday evening by Monday morning I woke up to that same tire being completely blown out, unsure of the cause I attempted to put air in which it wasn't holding so I had to come back to the shop and even though I was clearly frustrated about the situation, JR came over and remained professional and accommodated my concern in a timely fashion! Shout out to JR for doing the right thing!”

“I have been a customer for over a year and I had not taken the time to write a review, but they truly deserve the 5 stars. This small business is the sort of small business that I want to continue to support. In my experience, they are not going to try to sell you a service you don't need or take advantage of you if you are not a car person. At least for me, having a BMW is about reliability and not because I have deep pockets. So, I do not have disposable cash to throw at a dealership just because my name comes up on a screen when I arrive or to a dishonest shop owner just because it is convenient or does not make a difference to my bank account. So, if you are looking for a place that is going to take care of you and your BMW, this is it.”

“In preparation for my new vehicle registration in Texas, I went this establishment for the required emissions testing. Service here was very prompt. I was able to have both my wife's and my vehicle inspected almost immediately and was out of there in no time. I also heard the mechanics discussing issues with other clients and they seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a digestible way. Highly recommend!”

“I loved how my liason was a girl around my age (I'm in my 30s) who was able to explain to me the issues with my vehicle in a non patronizing, yet simplified, way to where I understood what needed to be fixed and why. I didn't even have to call my husband to mansplain everything ?”

“In January 2026, a mechanic at the ‘shev-ee’ dealership said that the rear brake PADS would need replacing by March 2026, and would cost $785!!!!!! I did not have $785 for “genuine ‘gee-hem’ parts”. (Companies are sensitive about their brands and trademarks, folks). I knew I wouldn’t have enough money for car repair until June or July. My father (RIP) had been an Ingram customer, and still had their business card. I found their new site and scheduled an online appointment. I received a follow-up call from an Ingram employee confirming this appointment. I brought the car in yesterday. The rear brake pads were replaced in about an hour. I had time to go to PT’s Fish place and get something to eat! Then the Ingram owner took the car out for a test drive. The cost of rear brake PADS for the 2018 ‘chev-ee’? $208.00, tax included. A LOT better than $785.00. I will recommend this business to anyone who needs car repair. 🙂”

“Turned into this shop on my way home from work for a state emissions inspection. Within 2 minutes of arrival they were pulling my truck into the bay to have the inspection done. Excellent, prompt service and it was nice to talk shop with fellow mechanics. Surprising to see the poor reviews, I’m used to mechanics trying to upsell but these guys were all business. Thanks a ton.”
