“This location is my favorite to shop and it is convenient for me. Workers are nice and helpful. I have only ever had 1 complaint and that is that when they price things that they be more considerate as to where they place the sticker or write directly on the item. Sometimes it can ruin an item if we aren't able to remove the sticker/writing easily or if it scratches or discolor the item trying to remove the sticker or writing. Please take this into consideration when pricing items or as a customer, when purchasing. Thank you!”

“Excellent selection and prices. I shop there regularly. I love shopping there and looking thru the whole store. Merchandise all looks new and are priced where anybody can afford them. They put points on your account when you purchase and if you have bought $50 worth during the week you can get 50% off the entire store on Sunday!”
“I enjoy shopping at this Goodwill however donating has been repeatedly a problem. No matter how early you get there I'm always told the trailer is full so I donate, and also shop, at the McKinney and Plano locations. Not only does an employee promptly come to my car to unload the donated items, they are also friendly, polite and offer me a receipt without me having to ask. The Garland store could definitely get some well needed training from their fellow stores. However the employees working the register inside the Garland store have consistently been very nice and friendly, so don't let the outside donation trailer workers stop you from going inside to shop! My only complaint is I wish the plus size clothing was separated from the rows and rows of regular size items. Sadly I don't have the hours of time or the patience it would take to go thru the tons of clothing items they have. A great thing is every week they have a 50% off sale on whatever the color of the week is- anything thru out the store that has that colored tag is 50% off the marked price. Happy shopping!”
