“We’ve all walked into, and/or called, a dealership and been immediately met by a salesperson who of course immediately blurts out something to the effect of, “I’m here to make you happy, and take care of you!”
Now for any of us potential customers who have been around the block, we all know that this sentence means exactly nothing right off the bat. It’s literally something anyone can proclaim, and meanwhile do whatever they can to maximize what they are going to get out of the deal, while telling you more or less what you want to hear.
Well, that was not my experience at all with Julian at Ridendrive.
Now Julian did start off with that very sentence with me. But he followed through on every step of my investigating the 2023 BMW M2 I was interested in. He thoroughly answered my detailed questions on the vehicle and its history. Julian sent me an extensive video of both the exterior and interior of the vehicle since I live far away. He made sure to match the wheel center caps with 50 year BMW emblems that were already on the hood and trunk of the car to maintain continuity. Julian made the effort to help me effectively secure a discounted second back-up key fob, as he knew that was important to me. He followed through on checking the vehicle’s brake status, maintenance records, level of tire wear, the list goes on and on. He always got back to me promptly, and respectfully, without ever making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time.
Julian connected me with the finance representative from ridendrive who took the time to research different bumper to bumper extended platinum warranties, and get me the best one, at a discounted rate. He also spoke extensively with the representative from a truck transport company I hired to ship the vehicle to my home state. And he had a company representative expedite the title transfer paperwork and fed ex it to me, so I could transfer the title and get my new vehicle registered within the allotted time frame with the DMV in my home state.
Julian was willing to communicate with me off hours, when he was on personal time, and not at the dealership. He never made me wait. He unquestionably went above and beyond throughout the process, and this has not been my experience with past car salesmen and women at other dealerships.
In short, Julian definitely was willing to go the extra mile to earn my satisfaction and business. Once all my questions were answered, an appropriate vehicle price secured, and I was happy with the extended vehicle protection offered, buying from Julian and Ridendrive was a no-brainer. I would gladly recommend Julian to friends and family, and I would definitely do business with Julian again. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Julian!!! My M2 thanks you too!”
