Customer service at this location (with the exception of some tellers) is terrible! agents aren't willing to help

They machines always mess up this is the second time i ho for withdrawal money and the machine eats my card and the bank won’t give it back

Went through regular lane drive through, the banker was very nice and she was so respectful and well engaged, she spent enough time to finish my order and was so fast. Overall rating based on drive through service was very good
