βI cannot stress how satisfied I was with my service with Carstar. Omar was my point of contact and kept me informed during the process of my vehicle being repaired. He have me an estimated date if when it would be ready and it was actually ready a week before the schedule date which was great because that prevented me from having to get a rental car for another week. When I arrived to pick up my car he created me and took me out to my car and explained everything they did to my car and the warranty that comes with everything they did. When I opened my car they not only washed it but detailed my car. It looked excellent, it looked like a brand new car. Their customer service was top notch and I would recommend anyone to go there. βI had a no crank, no start issue on my 2010 Fleetwood Discovery 40X diesel pusher. Cummins said there is a 4 month back order on the $800.00 replacement. I called around and found Hammonds Bro through another electric motor rebuilder. Pulled my starter and brought it to them about noon on Monday. Monday afternoon I was told $150.00 to change both solenoids and the starter itself was good. Tuesday afternoon I was able to pick it up and install it. My RV started right up.

βHad the pleasure of working with John Goss, one of the managers, to exchange transmission fluids and service. He also provided an accurate estimate for exchanging rear end fluid & prescribed additives. Johnβs years of experience and knowledge was impressive as he helped me decide and understand the importance of regular service intervals for my truck. We scheduled the work, and it was done promptly per the estimate. He also ran a complimentary vehicle scan and pointed out potential issues. The transmission runs quietly and shifts perfectly despite the high mileage. Rear end gears also quiet. Vehicle left the shop clean and I am very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend John and Eagle Transmission for your vehicle repair/maintenance needs.β
βThe owner of the shop was incredibly respectful, kind, and instantly answered the phone. He gave me great information and insight on the issues of my vehicle and the next steps. After waiting for 3+ hours at a Kwik Kar where they said they would be able to look at my car immediately, I called Alpha Auto Shop. He told me he would be able to look at my car with no wait time. As soon as I got out of my car, he came outside and introduced himself and got my car looked at for an electrical diagnostics. Kwik Kar was going to charge me $155 per hour. He charged me $65 and he gave me options on what would be the best way to repair my vehicle. I will be coming back for all my Auto needs. Thank you so much for being a reliable Auto Shop and being upfront with your customers!β
