“Mike is wonderful! He is extremely thorough and lets you know what’s happening every step of the way. He’s very good at explaining things to you. Mike sends you a detailed itemized statement and he even takes photographs of everything he is working on, I’m talking before and after and texts them to you. I’ve never had a mechanic do that. That’s the kind of service he provides.I’m extremely happy with First Choice!”

“I absolutely love this place! From the owner Ryan, to the skilled mechanics Jose and Orlando! I own a 1997 Nissan Maxima, and I have been coming to this shop for 5 years. Every time my car has had an issue they expertly and accurately diagnose the problem and give me a very good price for the service. Every repair has been stellar. I have never had to go back for the same issue, the work is solid! And I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off, and with this shop, I should have this car running well another 30 years! Lol”

“First time at CBA in Garland. Peyton greeted me upon entry and was very friendly and professional. She explained everything in detail and was beyond great. The tech, Jacob, came out and found a minor issue during the inspection outside of my routine maintenance. Not only did they correct the issue, they took care of it free of charge. CBA is not only family owned, but faith driven and I will be back for future service. This has been the best experience I've had at an auto care center hands down. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“2015 experience: I purchased a 2003 Lexus GS300 in 2006. After the manufacture's warranty expired, I became a loyal customer of JP. We currently have nearly 300K miles on that car. I have passed it to my daughter and purchased a 2013 GS350. Jason's knowledge of vehicle mechanics is beyond exceptional. He has kept my 2003 Lexus in excellent condition over the years. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Recently someone hit my 2013 in a parking garage, I called up Jason and he and his team repaired the damage for a nominal fee. I can't put into words how grateful I am to have someone with his expertise and skill as my mechanic. The JP experience is top notch, in my opinion, it exceeds the dealership experience. From the nice clean waiting area and restrooms to the complimentary snacks, drinks and wifi, you will not receive a better complete experience anywhere you go. I am a customer for life. 2026 experience: From my initial text message to Jason to the check out experience upon completion, all interactions were very personal and treated with priority. I took my 2013 Lexus GS350 in for a rear pinion seal replacement and wheel alignment. I had to drop my car off outside of their business hours for personal reasons. They are equipped with a lockbox for security purposes. This made the process very convenient for me. Upon pickup, in usual JP Euro Fashion, there was cold water, coffee and snacks available in their beautifully appointed waiting area, along with what appeared to be a gaming and/or computer station. Quite impressive. The repair was completed to my satisfaction and I am a very happy customer for life!”

“Black line Auto Care did an outstanding job! This place was recommended to me by someone who had work done and was very satisfied with their service. As it was not among the closest places to where I live, I trusted the recommendation and I am extremely happy with the results - the service was professional, personally applied to my vehicle, updated with photos and video of what was wrong and needed repair and fixed promptly. The customer service was outstanding and I was treated with care as a valued customer! I highly recommend Blackline Auto Care!”

“I needed a replacement tail light for my BMW and was having trouble finding one in good condition at a reasonable price. They had one available, and the entire process was simple from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, and took the time to make sure I was getting the correct part. What stood out most was how straightforward and helpful he was throughout the transaction. The part looked great, and I felt confident buying from him. I would definitely recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.”

“I had a great experience here and truly appreciate the honesty. I recently took my car in after receiving a very high estimate from the dealership, and instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, he took the time to properly diagnose the issue. It's not easy finding a mechanic you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Fair pricing, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Highly recommend!”
213 Lavon Drive, Garland TX 75042
“I’m only leaving this review because it actually means something and their service deserves it. I typically hate mechanics. In my experience, they’ve been horrible, conniving, greedy con men. But these men are genuinely incredible. They are sincere, honest, and hard working dudes that’ll actually go out of their way to help you out in whatever capacity they can. You can trust them. Thank again, fellas.”
3035 South Shiloh Road Suite 160, Garland TX 75041
“Rich Machado is the most honest mechanic on Earth. We take both our cars to him and always leave amazed. His prices make the Subaru dealership look like a prank. When my wife’s check engine light came on, it was just a sensor. He told the truth, fixed it, and charged almost nothing. Also, Rich is jacked. Like, shockingly fit for a man who fixes cars all day. Handsome too, but I won’t get into that. I would trust this man with my life. I might name my firstborn after him. Boy or girl. Five stars forever.”
1109 Lavon Drive, Garland TX 75040
“I had such a great experience at Quick Oil Depot! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and super efficient. They got my oil change done quickly without making me feel rushed, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done to my car. The staff was honest, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, affordable, and stress-free. It’s hard to find places you can genuinely trust with your car, but this is definitely one of them. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Quick Oil Depot to friends and family! 🚗 much love xoxo”
