“I just came home, after getting groceries. I was using a motorized cart and when I was wheeling up to the register, this bundle of energy , named Ashlynn I believe, came up and started unloading my basket. She then helped sack everything and all the while, she was making me laugh. She then offered to load my groceries into my car. She was such a breathe of fresh air and made me in a much happier mood, even though I was already in a good mood. I just wanted you to hear something positive instead of all negative comments. If it were up to me, I'd give her a raise!!! She could definitely be a good model for others to follow. Thank you HEB for hiring quality people. Michell Girard Happy customer”

“Every HEB should have a Gary. This kind gentleman went over and beyond customer service ?. My husband and I stopped off for a refreshing drink during a trip to Conroe. We couldn't find unsweetened tea at the registers' grab n go coolers. We stopped Gary who was already helping another customer and asked him for a location on unsweetened tea. He gladly went on a hunt for the beverage and was able to find the tea for us. He offered complimentary cups, but to no avail couldn't find anything in the break area. He went to his coffee station and dug around until he was able to retrieve 2 cups for us. Gary is a very personable individual and made sure that we were taken care of. He connected with us as if he knew us. He befriended us on the spot. Thank you for having such a great person as Gary as your employee at your Gatesville HEB. We appreciate Gary and we love HEB ❤️”

I had a flight to catch due to a death in the family and the main pharmacists, she was kind enough to have my prescriptions ready for me a day early so I could catch my flight! She came in early and I was at the store when they opened!
