“I have purchased many things at this store and have been super happy every time! The ladies and delivery guys are all super nice and professional! I had a washer/dryer set that ended up being a bad set and they replaced them within a few days and I was able to even upgrade to a better set for a great price! Their furniture is high quality and mine still looks brand new! I pay online monthly and if I am ever late I just call them and they approve it and no hassle to call me about it! Just communicate with them and they will be happy to help you! Really appreciate y'all!!!”

Today I met Maurice Clark in the door handle section who helped me get me items as we chatted about our love for music. And Edith who helped me check out who taught me how upcs line up with the item number on the receipt as we confirmed our smart lock. It's the little things, when employees take it just the right amount of slow, that makes a place a return destination. This location has it down pact. I can even remember Scott's name from a week ago who helped me in the tools department, and gave me a water bottle from the employee fridge because I was dripping sweat. (Granted he's been helping me for 2 years now and always a pleasure.) Sorry - last name drop. Guiellermo who politely smiled when he saw I bit off more than I could chew but still helped me get the fork in my mouth :) Even the kids who helped me load my truck - scrappy go getters. I'll continue to do my shopping here simply because when I come I walk into a place of people who are just as excited as I am to try and build some cool stuff for my house.”
