“Tri-City is awesome! Every time we've called or stopped by, they've been the most helpful and had the parts we needed. Peggy in particular is so helpful and courteous, and has the skills of a forensic parts detective. We thought our dishwasher had a broken check-valve, but after a few troubleshooting questions, Peggy helped us realize the valve was fine; it turned out it was working as designed. She also figured out what a rubber seal and some rubber endcaps were for; we'd found them wedged between some components under the spinning arm assembly, seemingly at random. We'd spent about an hour trying to identify their proper locations ourselves, and she nailed it in minutes once she pulled up the parts diagrams. So grateful for her time, patience, and knowledge. It's great to have a local shop like this to turn to. 10/10!”

“This review is specifically the Geek Squad Auto Tech installs. I have had Jake install a replacement amp, new receivers in 2 cars and a speakers in one car. Jake does an excellent job and is honest as the day is long! He did a great job on both cars and I highly recommend asking him for any advice on replacing any of your auto stereo. He is a superstar!”
