We came to the Georgetown branch & let me tell you they make you feel right at home. Johnathan Garrett help us with what we needed &then introduced us to out teller Trevonti Hopson. He was just as helpful & polite as can be. Was patient because it all took a while. Our experience was a 10 out of 10. I will go back.....

I take my mom to do her banking at Extraco Bank in Georgetown, and Johnetta Garrett always takes the best care of us. She is very professional and always makes our experience fun. Mom has been with the bank in Harker Heights since the 70s, before it was Extraco, and she would not change banks for anything.
