Josiah Chadwick met me at the door and took care of an ongoing landlord problem and auto withdrawal issue I had been fighting for 2 months at the other location. He went above and beyond, even drafting and sending an email and making a personal call to the management company. The problem was resolved the next day. “My visit on 10/23/24 was a very positive experience. My daughter and I went into this branch due a banking emergency. We did not have an appointment, but the branch manager, Diane Barber, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she did not have an associate available at that moment, but if I give her a minute, she would see where she could work us in and help us get our issue resolved. She was polite, professional, and very helpful. We waited about 15 minutes and were helped by Ethan Scott. He was also very helpful, courteous, and professional. My daughter had her bank account drained by a scammer so she was already stressed out and upset. Ethan was very calming and positive and opened her new account right away. I had read the bad reviews and was a little worried about going to this branch, but it was the closest to my daughter's job so we took a chance. I'm glad we did!!”
