I have been banking with extraco banks for about 8 years now. This specific location in Georgetown has some of the best employees. I specifically want to mention Gilbert Carranza. He has gone above and beyond in providing expectational service. He was able to get me a significantly better rate on my auto loan that is saving me money.

I went into the Georgetown office and was immediately greeted. Gilbert Carranza assisted me and was very helpful and happy to do so. Johnetta Garrett was also very friendly and her customer interaction was very positive and helpful to the customer she was assisting. Great experience.
