Fairly easy to find parking close to the office. But getting out is horrible at lunch & rush hours.

I am not the greatest with technology but Melissa, one of the fedex staff is! She got me squared away in no time. She was kinder and more helpful than most customer service people. If I was in charge I would give her a raise!
