“This location is always quick and friendly! I use them for Amazon returns typically. However, I had to ship a box today via UPS. The staff were knowledgeable and informative! Melissa and the lady (I forgot to get her name) at the counter were great figuring out the best box to use. This was my first time shipping anything, so I was a bit nervous since I like to be a quick and easy customer. But they were so pleasant and patient, even when we couldn’t find the right size box initially. They both worked together to figure it out, and did so as good co workers should! Good job to all the UPS members at this location, yall are wonderful!”

“I came into Michaels completely unprepared, and somehow Johun Reyes and Bryan Guzman teamed up (even if they didn’t know it) to save me from myself. Johun was patient, calm, and somehow understood what I was trying to say even when I didn’t, which immediately made me trust him. Bryan stepped in like a crafting guardian angel and made everything feel way less confusing than it actually was. Between the two of them, I left the store with everything I needed and an unreasonable amount of confidence. If either of them had been gone, I genuinely think I’d still be wandering the aisles.”
