I took my parents to Fleet Feet because they both have knee and back problems. They've been overdue for a GOOD pair of sneakers for a long time. For Christmas, I decided to pull the trigger on some new kicks. Keegan was our sales person and he was professional, kind, knowledgeable and overall great with providing my parents with shoe options to fit their needs. I'd highly recommend Fleet Feet and Keegan if you're in the market for a proper fitting pair of shoes! Thank you, Keegan! You were a great sport and left a wonderful impression on our family!

The staff is excellent and I was very impressed with this store. Clean, inviting, and knowledgeable/friendly staff. They have products I have not found other places. I am having “orthotics” made for a fourth of what it cost me at the podiatrist. When those arrive in 2 weeks, I will update this review if I am not still extremely satisfied. My feet feel better than they have in years in their shoes. I have been wearing the wrong size/width for years!

Walked in and was immediately met by Shondell who walked me through the fleet feet evaluation and was able to diagnose and help me with a couple of challenges that I have been struggling with the last couple of years. Very good experience. I bought lots of extra socks as well and have been wearing them the last few days and love em!

I've had a great experience at the Round Rock store in the past. We were close to the Georgetown location & decided to stop by for my daughter. She had great service with the person that helped her & spent over $200 on a new pair of shoes & insoles. We had the WORST experience I've ever had at a retail store from Justin on a very simple price match on a pair of Oofos sandals. Jason was VERY unprofessional, started to raise his voice & told us to leave. I was questioning why he was asking so many questions in a condescending tone & making it hard to do a simple price match for a first responder discount offered on Oofos website when Jason got irate. Jason is a poor representative of Fleet Feet & I'll just stay away from the Georgetown location or start buying my running shoes online where I don't have to deal with such poor service.

Awesome experience with Fleet Feet in Georgetown, TX. Justin assisted us and helped us find the most comfortable shoes ever for our individual needs. The impressive high tech foot scanning helped ensure a perfect fit. I had to exchange a pair next day and it was a breeze, and I got exactly what I needed. They want to make sure you have no pain, and that makes this place and the shoes so special. Highly recommend!

Great selection of high-end shoes.
They have a scanning process so you can buy high-end orthotics.
Or if you choose you can buy ready-made. And the prices are quite reasonable.
