While they had the shoes in my size that I wanted, they could not find my FF account I've had for years and didn't really work too hard to find it. Since I've got a $30 customer loyalty bonus on my account I ended up not buying anything there. The Round Rock FF and Gateway Austin FF seem to be better run stores.

If you’re looking for top quality shoes, socks, or running gear, you cannot do any better than this. In addition, their sales people know what they’re talking about and also runners. I don’t go any place else for shoes, socks, and they have the best flip-flops ever

This was a great experience. The clerk did an excellent job of determining what we needed and fitting us with the exactly what we needed. Efficiently and politely. I thought the store had reasonable solutions for folks with plantar fasciitis
