If I could give a zero for what these people have done, they denied warranty in only 3 weeks after the work was completed and moisture got into one replaced headlight casing, and knowing the manager was retiring, he didn't care anymore , They told me after the fact that there was a 12 month warranty. And i took my vehicle back after only 3 weeks, I would give them a triple zero, because their service is the worst service out of any dealership through GM. I would never take my vehicle to the Hewlett Collision Center ever again, they do not honor their warranties., so I am trying to contact GM to see if they can help us out because Don Hewlett should not be in business doing business that way. they're the worst people I've ever met in my life after spending three quarters of a million dollars in purchases on vehicles and this is how they treat their customers, absolutely astonished, and I wish Mr Hewlett knew all about this.
I advise everyone not to use this Collision Center. You will be denied warranty.
Now it's time for MEDIA ATTENTION.
I'M NO LONGER GOING TO BE A CUSTOMER HERE.

Truck has been there for 75 days. The PM fails to update me when I request it. Truck has been ready for a week but the PM failed to add the appropriate supplement to the insurance agency. Is this normal business practice?

The work was good but…. The agent that handled my repairs was unresponsive, not returning numerous calls for information. Also it took 5 days to complete a job that should have taken at most 3.

I recently had my car repaired at Hewlett Collision and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I would like to send out a special thank you to my service advisor, DARRELL. Throughout the process, he went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly.
DARRELL was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart.
The repairs were done perfectly and on time. My car looks as good as new! THANK YOU, DARRELL, and the entire team at Hewlett Collision for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs.

Suspected unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
Took my C8 in for repairs.
When I got it back the PDR (dashcam) recording was disabled. Coincidentally the last recording was me dropping it off.
More than 5miles were added to my odometer.
Vehicle mode was changed from My Mode to Performance.
Dash was changed from MPG monitoring to 0-60 timer.
Not sure who but someone at that place needs to exhibit self control.
Customer vehicles are not for joyrides and it is technically theft.
They knew what they were doing because if they hadn’t disabled my PDR, I would be pressing charges with Williamson CO.
Hopefully someone in management will address this as no words can express how furious I am.
I take care of my vehicles and no one has any right to use my vehicle in an unintended use without my permission.

Amazing customer service from Darrell. He kept me abreast with updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the time that it was in the shop. I definitely appreciated that level of customer service.

I took my suv to be repaired after an accident. I was nervous about how it would turn out. Joseph Vega is amazing he worked with my insurance company to ensure the proper parts were ordered and replaced as I requested. Every week I received a call from him or email advising me of the status of my vehicle which is something that was very important to me. I knew it was in good hands. When delivery came I was so excited and pleased to see that my suv looked as if it was never in accident. The quality of work and attention to detail is next level. I highly recommend Hewlett collision center -Joseph Vega and team. Very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. This will be my go-to place from here on and will recommend to all my friends and family. Special thanks to Joseph for taking care of my prize possession.

I had the misfortune of taking my vehicle to the collision center and it will not be a choice we will repeat. My vehicle needed body repair upon drop off I was told it would be a 2-3 week job, my vehicle was not ready for 5 months. During these 5 months I tried to get updates but would only get responses to voicemails or emails after I involved my husband and the manager, even then it was not a guarantee to get a response.When we picked up the vehicle there was still dust inside on the dash and doors, 6 plastic pieces that were not reattached and we have found at least 2 hail dents still visible on the vehicle. I refuse to take it back over there because who knows when I would ever get it back.It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received from any type of service industry. It was so bad that we will never be using any Don Hewlett owned businesses because obviously this lack of communication/service is acceptable at their establishments.Save yourself some time and source another collision center in the area.

From the first time I called, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. My interactions with Ryan and Darrell were poor; they kept passing us off and would not return our calls or emails. They seem to be backed up for 3 months because they can’t follow through and get stuff done.

Had a great experience here. Dealing with hail damage on my car from a recent storm. Did a complete estimate to repair everything but in the end of the car was deemed a total loss. Had great experience with the people at this location.

Darrell was fantastic, and he was great at getting back to me when I had questions. When I learned my car would be totaled, he gave me great advice that proved to be invaluable when I asked him for guidance.
