My daughter wanted some red Converse high tops, but there was only one shoe left in her size and it was the display model. The only problem was there was literally only one shoe. I couldn't find the other shoe anywhere. Thank God there was one employee doing inventory and straightening things up
She asked her manager and got the show model number and she found it in a completely different box. My daughter loves her new shoes! Thank you whoever you are!

Awful experience trying to return at Sephora. FYI, they just changed their return policy and offer no grace period for purchases made right before- even with a receipt. Also, no store credit. Manager was rude and didn't know what she was doing. Never again.
