Kitty was great! Everyone I have worked with at U-Haul has been difficult, rude or condescending but Kitty wasn't. She went out of her for us and was caring. Moving is difficult enough without dealing with inconsiderate people but Kitty was the one exception to that. I will use her directly over dealing with Uhaul next... read full comment
