“Kitty is great! I was having my dads truck shipped from out of state to kitty's storage. She was very responsive the entire time. She would message me after speaking to the driver and give me the ETA . She messaged me a picture of the truck in her yard once received. She even texted me one day when the cover came off the truck. She's great! I would highly recommend working with Kitty. Fair prices for storage and great communication.”

“Five stars are absolutely not enough rating for this CubeSmart location and CubeSmart customer service as a whole. Saturday 11/25 we had rented a U-Haul trailer and were moving our belongings to another storage facility that we had rented the week prior. When we arrived to that said facility at around 3:30 pm, the elevator was out of order with no date or time of expected repair. There is access to stairs but we had several items the just absolutely couldn't carry up those stairs. I attempted to contact the on-site manager to see if we could temporarily utilize a downstairs unit while the elevator was being repaired and they could not be reached. The manager was not even on site. Mind you we have a U-Haul trailer that is to be returned that evening to avoid late fees. I contacted the customer service to said facility to only get the automated system. Fast forward an hour and now rain, I contacted CubeSmart Storage and not only did I get an actual HUMAN to speak to, I was able to rent a unit on the spot and better yet this facility is closer to our home. I was able to do everything over the phone with the customer service agent and then when we got to the facility at 4:45 Karen (the facility manager) was there and was more than accommodating as well as helpful. Even though she was scheduled to leave at 5pm she didn't present as rushed at all and was even willing to show us a different unit that may have been better for us. Without writing a whole long story, just know that the CubeSmart customer service is over the top and I HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart Storage and I thank CubeSmart for helping us when we were in a serious bind. You guys are the BEST!!”

Throughout these three years Miss Jessica has served above and beyond in many situations. Always quiet, calm, cool, and collected, she has seen to it that ALL my needs are always met/addressed at the very least. Miss Jessica is always professional and prompt to follow up when necessary which I really appreciate. I have also been privileged to see her handle and work through some of the most difficult situations as well as some really difficult people, and always maintains a professional and dignified demeanor. It is this level of service that is most important to me, and I am sure all customers using the facility! “Basically, it was the most clean and professional self-storage experience I've ever had. The woman on-duty was very courteous and helpful. The presentation of your staff makes a difference!The facility, including my new storage unit, was clean.There are no codes for the buildings' doors -- hopefully this means that they're locked at night; but that relies on a manual process, and so I would still feel better if they had separate auto-lock keypads for an extra layer of accountability and security. (A fence can be jumped, after all).”
“I highly recommended this storage facility. For 2 years, I stored a boat at North 130 Storage. I live in Midland, and thanks to their wonderful facility and staff I never had to worry about my boat. Communication with the staff was excellent. They were always available via phone or email and responded promptly.
