Sold me a vape that didnt work and refused to give me a refund or exchange the product since he said it was cheap. This place needs to be shut down

I asked the attendant for 5 dollars on pump 1. Somehow he confused that and gave me 5 dollars on powerball tickets. Of course i can’t get my money back on a lotto ticket. What even dude.
