“It is convenient when you need emergency items. The only thing that I didn't like is I order 2 pizza to go. They gave me the pizza slices in separate. I complain that the pizza dough was not cooked and they looked at me like I was crazy. She didn't offer to put them back in the oven apparently it was too much work for her since she was about to get off from her shift instead of delicate to someone else. She did absolutely nothing so I said forget it. I was so upset 2 darn whole pizza uncooked right. I would have gave them 5 stars.”

“Love coming to this place! It's really close to where I live, so I frequent this spot a LOT! The take out Mexican food is really good and the cook will make it however you want it! He makes breakfast tacos that are ready to Grab and Go if you don't want to wait that are really good! I get a breakfast burrito which is HUGE and always tastes great! Refried beans, jalapenos, cheese, cilantro, bacon and egg is my go to! I've gotten to know the Team very well and they are all Great People! They are really friendly to all their customers, but also know and acknowledge their Regular Customers! They also have a pretty good beer and wine selection.”

“This store has been on my corner since I moved here 27 years ago. It changed owners about 25 years ago. The owners call me by name and ask about my husband and kids even if I haven't been in in a long time. Best burgers in town. If you get a chance stop by and order a cheeseburger with tots. You won't regret it!”

“I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner of Rodeo Travel Center for taking the time to speak with me regarding my recent visit on April 12. I truly appreciate your professionalism, understanding, and willingness to resolve a situation I had. Your kindness and prompt action meant a great deal to me, and it reflects positively on your business. Thank you again for your help and for treating drivers with respect. It did not go unnoticed. I encourage all truck drivers passing by to stop by grab some great food and enjoy free parking with clean restrooms.”

“Who else is sick of hearing “welcome in “? It’s loud and obnoxious and invasive. Three employees walking around at the same time yelling it. I just want to get in and out without all that noise. They sound like robots. Now they have one of those running around saying “I’m washing the floor”. It’s ridiculous and there’s already too much noise in the world. Please all businesses stop it you are annoying people!”

“Murphy USA Georgetown Tx ( Walmart Parking Lot) gets a High Five 🙌 for serving the public these last several days in the frigid cold temps we all experienced. Staff was definitely engaged in “Team Work” to make it happen. Leadership matters and Debbie is the key 🔑 to the 🔒. I have seen her there at 5:00AM & 10PM. Her Staff Leslie & Jeanette are very friendly and accommodating as well.”

“It's rare that you feel the need to leave a review on a gas station, but I have a serious red bull problem and come here nearly every day, lol. I have seriously never had a negative experience. The people here are kind. I deeply miss the wonderful lady who used to run the place, but the current employees that are usually here are lovely too. The place is always clean, everything always seems to be in stock, and there's always warm food available. One of the few gas stations in the area that isn't sketchy. ?”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
