Walgreens has received positive feedback highlighting the excellent customer service provided by its staff, especially in the pharmacy department. Employees like Jazz, who works in the Photo Department, are praised for their knowledge and patience. Pharmacy technicians such as Jennifer and Jarod are recognized for their outstanding service, even when facing challenges like being short-staffed. Despite the high volume of customers and long wait times for prescriptions, these employees maintain a commendable attitude, showing kindness to even the rudest customers. The store itself is noted for its cleanliness and ample stock of items, although it is recognized that the pharmacy could benefit from more staff to handle the demands. Customers have shared their experiences with receiving Covid booster shots and navigating the pharmacy's processes, recommending that visitors bring their vaccination cards and complete online profiles for a smoother experience. While some have experienced longer wait times, the overall impression of Walgreens is that of a dedicated team striving to provide quality service in a busy environment.
They shorted me on the medication I needed, when I confronted them on the issue they then refilled the wrong medication so I told them that they now gave me the wrong medication and I still needed the other the pharmacist said he couldn't do it and handed me my bottle and walked away. I had to call HR to handle the issue.

The girl from the photo department was very rude and stressed out. She told me she didn't have time to take a passport photo. People like that shouldn't work in public. If taking a photo and printing it stresses you out, don't do it. Look for another job.
