THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Everyone we’ve spoke to, or seen at Liberty are so FRIENDLY! They have been so accommodating to our needs no matter what they are. “I really like Targét (is that how we spell Tar-jay?). It is massive, clean and has a little of everything.To that point, this Super Targét isn't the supermarket size grocery store their Wally World competitors are. No deli or bakery. But they have a good spot of fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen items, beverages etc.Their clothing selection is massive. The hardware area is not as large as their furniture and appliance selection. But all are tidy, well-stocked and competitively priced. It is a well executed Targét! So, why four stars? It's logistics.I and every other human buys food more than clothing. Yet there is only one entrance to the store...if you want to hike past clothes, cosmetics, gift cards, kitchen appliances, pharmaceuticals and school supplies to get your tomatoes you're good. But if you weren't up to a mile long to-and-from grocery buy you'll be at the two-entranced Wally World, HEB, Randall's, et al.”
“Ms. Taylor (I believe she’s the pharmacist there) was simply lovely, friendly and most importantly, a life saver with the RX I needed filled, but it is under a shortage everywhere in the country! After calling so many pharmacies, she was the kindest compared to the many I’ve talked with this month. I understand shortages aren’t anyone’s fault, but there are a few times I’ve encountered bad customer service, let alone, lack of empathy and kindness during an already frustrating event such as this. Ms. Taylor and her team were prompt and I felt her smile through the phone. Thanks, HEB, for employing her!”
“Everyone is so kind! Sometimes they are a li’l slow (when you don’t have auto refill set up, so that’s on me) but they make up for it with customer care and advocacy. I’ve never seen a pharmacist/pharmacy tech go to bat for patients like the fine folks @ Randalls! Thank you for all that you do :)”

“H-E-B Pharmacy on University Ave is the rare pharmacy where you go in expecting a routine errand and leave thinking, that was surprisingly pleasant. The staff are friendly, efficient, and actually take the time to answer questions without making you feel like you are holding up a production line. It is one of those places that makes adult life a little easier, where you can pick up what you need, maybe grab a few groceries, and feel like you accomplished something responsible for the day!”

“We take care of a Grandparent and the Williams Drive pharmacy has helped me out of tough spots multiple times. I’m so thankful for their help! When our Grandmother transitioned from rehab back to our home and had a list of new medications, Home Health realized they her heart med that was started in the hospital weeks prior hadn’t made it home with us. The Pharmacy helped us keep her on her critical meds until we could sort it out with the different care teams. With the new diagnoses and two month hospital/rehab stay the changing of hands has been complicated to navigate at times. We’ve even had scripts called in incorrectly several times and the pharmacy team always helps me work through the issues. I have literally RUN to the pharmacy window at closing to fill scripts and they are always gracious and helpful, once even filling something one minute to closing time. Thank you so much for all of the care and help you’ve provided us this past year! I cannot say thank you enough. On a journey that has been hard at times, y’all have made it easier.”

“This review is for the in-store bakery at this location. We ordered 48 of the 3" cheesecakes- half chocolate and half New York style along with some of their deluxe oatmeal raisin cookies as desserts for a memorial service. The staff was very prompt and courteous. The cheesecakes were ready for pick up as requested and they were beautifully decorated and packed for transporting. They were delicious as well as pleasing to the eye for our guests. HEB took all the work and worry out of this part of our service planning.”

“I wanted to share how wonderful our experience was during my son’s physical. The nurse practitioner, Monica, was incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the entire visit.
My son has always been very afraid of vaccines, and she handled his fears with so much empathy and understanding. She took the time to explain everything, answer his questions, and help him feel comfortable rather than rushed or dismissed. Her calm and reassuring approach made a huge difference and helped turn what is usually a stressful experience into a positive one.
She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. We left feeling well-informed and cared for. I am very grateful for the excellent care she provided and would highly recommend her to other families.”

“They’ve helped us find a possible way to get my medication that’s $411. They said that there’s a way to get Medicare to help with it. They have a program that we’re going to check out very thankful that they did this cause Medicare will not pay for a medication that I have I have another one for $1100 that Medicare won’t pay for. I’m on a budget in need all the help I can get!”
