These people are rude, the manager said she was the manager but then turned around she wasn't the manager. The cashiers don't know what they are doing! They lie to your face even when the other cashier admitted she didn't so her job correctly!

These people are liars! They say they tell you what you are purchasing is non refundable when you come to store, they are condescending and disrespectful! They kept telling me they told me it was nice m refundable and when yjey called the girl over she said oh sorry I didnt tell you but you just buy another one cause basically is your fault!

“I strongly caution others before using this pharmacy. The male manager pharmacist,refused to refill my prescribed sleeping medication despite both the store and I providing the necessary information. He insisted that a police report was required and firmly stated he had the right to refuse filling the prescription. His lack of concern for patient health and unwillingness to assist through an override was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, I have learned that upsetting the pharmacist can have serious consequences for one’s healthcare access.”

The pharmacy lied to me for 3 weeks about a refill for my mental health medication, causing me to run out for a significant period of time. First, they cancelled my first two refill requests with absolutely no communication. When I complained over the phone, they managed to put in a refill that wasn't cancelled behind my back, but they also told me that the medication was in stock when it wasn't. I showed up to pick it up, and it simply didn't exist in their pharmacy, despite what I was told. They acted like I was being unreasonable for asking.
If this had been a life-or-death medication, I'd be dead. I will not deal with this Walgreens again on any medication-related matter.
Why two stars and not one? Well, this Walgreens still functions just fine as a convenience store. Soda? Sure. Junk food and cigarettes? No problem. Critical medication? They'll give you the runaround for as long as they can get away with it. Never, ever again.

They were unable to fill an Rx for a common antibiotic and instead of checking with other Walgreens handed my husband a screen shot print out and told him to call around. I understand staffing issues and being out of stock - I don’t understand not checking with other Walgeeen’s on behalf of the patient. That’s one of the reasons people go to a national chain - for ease in case one location doesn’t have what you need. If you can avoid this location do so. Liberty Pharmacy down Williams is great and so is Gus’ drug downtown, do yourself a favor and don’t even start with this place. There is a 24 hour CVS in Round Rock too, there’s just no reason to patronize this Walgreens and I don’t plan to ever again.

Customer service does not exist at this Walgreens. Interacted with 3 different employees and all avoided eye contact and spoke to us as if we had asked them to hand over their first born. If you hate human interaction so much you probably shouldn’t work a customer facing job. If you’re looking for a new pharmacy, keep shopping.

Walgreens booty crossing Georgetown Tx has put my 92 yo mother in danger by not sending her a new heart drug for 2 days..they sent to Dallas for it..WHY??!! Still hasn’t received it…Argggh…She has no car…at the mercy of their incompetence
