“Very strange hotel. We pulled up to the door locked and you had to call the front desk to be let in at 5PM on a Saturday. A very surly check in guy would not let in our ESA dog in after demanding paperwork. As a side note, no idea why W Hotels and the like allow our ESA with open arms and I’m happy to pay what is needed. I booked a non-refundable rate, but I think I am glad we went elsewhere as crime must be a critical problem with doors locked during the day and run down cars in the parking lot. Best to drive on from this one.

Edit: Well, the fact they are not charging me for the night is a huge gesture of goodwill, so no harm, no foul. While they are correct ESA Animals are not required by law to be admitted, having an extra charge or fee would make it easier on folks traveling with pets. Thank you.”
