As a provider in general, horrible! Coverage is atrocious, I never have it. If I'm not on wifi, then its a 5min wait for pages to load. It's incredible that not even at home when power goes out & I NEED 5G to work, does it. I'm left offline during storms, inclement weather, or anytime I lose internet. Useless company with useless coverage, BUT just as expensive or more than others.

Low level store. They have music play in the background (and not the normal store music that's ok for everyone) while the workers were singing it under their breath. Very unprofessional. The place never looks clean. They weren't even nice or smiled. Don't go here. Go to a corporate store where they look and act professional.

A lot of these 5 star reviews about this store must be a lie lol. I walked in to return a a wifi device and the only guy working there immediately told me to go to “611” whatever the hell that means. Then, I try to call Verizon to see if I can get return package instructions but the automated voice told me I can return the device in person within 30 days. I even remember when we got the device at theSan Marcos location the lady telling me that I can return it in person. The last time we went to the Kyle store it seemed sketchy, too. With the same guy. So we just go to the San Marcos location even though the Kyle location is 2 miles from us. Verizon fire yo mans.

It's not worth the time to visit this store, go to corporate store. Only positive here is staff can be helpful, but it's a revolving door of employees. They carry little in stock, so not sure why they need a store. Tablet, 1 available. No Motorola phones etc.. Since it's franchise owned, they have a surcharge to pay your bill here. Frequent billing errors or charges, not the fault solely of this store, but it seems employees not well trained, or the good ones leave.

Stopped by today and the doors are locked during normal business hours. Store looks empty and unlike any other Verizon I've been to. Skip this location and go to any other location. Super Unprofessional.

I'm writing this review for my mom who went to Verizon needing a new phone this week. She was sold a "new" phone from the associate Robert. He sold my mom a S22 phone that already had someone else's Samsung user info. on the phone. My mom didn't know this until she was home. The next day she went back to question the phone and was told the previous person wanted it that phone but went with the S23 instead so it never left the store so it's still a "new" phone. The gmail account came across my moms gmail account that's why it's on the phone. Mind you she doesn't have a gmail account nor know anyone by the name that appeared on the phone. She asked to speak to the manager and was told they're on break they should've been back but they're not and they don't know how to get a hold of them. The associate didn't know the managers number. She left feeling unsatisfied and doesn't want to do any business with this location ever again.

Please note this particular Verizon location is actually third-party owned, by Russell Cellular, so the associates/employees aren’t really Verizon reps. That being said, our experience here was the absolute worst. Took 6 hrs to get phones traded in/upgraded, switch over from AT&T, and get new account set up. We still had to come back another day and finish setting up which took another 2-3 hours. Idk why we didn’t just stick with AT&T tbh after the whole ordeal.Later, our phone bill wasn’t properly displaying what Russell Cellular employees quoted us— with the promotion and trade in we did. We figured it might have been an admin error. But the following month it still wasn’t updating so we called actual Verizon customer service and it turns out the Russell Cellular employees didn’t set up the account properly and didn’t apply the promotion. So the nice lady from Verizon credited us the $1000!!! So thankful she did that. Russell Cellular, how do you not set up a new customer properly and have them miss out on a $1000 promo??? Insane. So glad we spoke with an actual Verizon employee and not a third-party rep like Russell Cellular.TLDR— skip this Kyle location and go to a real Verizon store, not one owned by a third-party company that doesn’t know what they’re doing.

do not buy $45 screen protector for Ours phones in this store,it is sucks store I buy life time remplace it expensive screen protector for my daughters phone and for my phone ,and when you go to have it replaced “they say that the company has already changed Owners, I thought that Verizon was a prestigious company

I was in a frustrating situation as my phone SIM card locked. I walked in and was asked what could be done for me and I explained my situation. He patiently helped me fix my phone and only charged me for a new SIM card. He was very kind and made conversation while waiting for the phone call for more help. He fixed my phone and told me to have a good day. I came in with a frown and left with a big smile!!!

Do not go here!!!! This is NOT a corporate company in Kyle. Go to Buda or San Marcos. All this one wants is your $$$ for services you can receive free at Corporate stores! My story is too long to tell. Horrible experience. Go to Buda Verizon Store.
