The service is top notch, and the store is clean. The dedicated and knowledgeable staff and sales representatives are very helpful and sincerely care. They are dedicated to delivering 5-star service. Staff members stay professional, keep calm, and patiently help customers. They go above and beyond, offering kind and supportive solutions. They are amazing at calming customers down and giving the best information. The reps are very knowledgeable of their products and have great personalities. The business is under new management and would love to help with wireless needs.
Best service ever. Katelyn was very friendly and professional. She knows her job. She really could use another co worker due to at times she got really busy.
