“Amber, the young lady who is the store manager, is incredible. I went there with the following problem at the end of April, 2025. I thought that I had stepped back into the 70s and 80s due to her customer care. She went above and beyond taking care of a simple lightbulb replacement that I was not in the position of doing.
I can’t say a lot about previous management because I haven’t always left there satisfied.
I think any of my future visits will be good since it is such a rare thing to see customer service like the customer care I received today, in today’s world.
Businesses need more people like her.”
