“Pleasantly surprised! I had: alignment, oil change, replacement of one CV boot and axle. Their prices are a little higher, however their perks make it worth it: free shuttle ride and free loaner vehicle if needed. And, they provide info videos that demonstrate what function the damaged or failing part provides in the vehicle. Staff was fantastic- specific shout out to Ashley. Only complaint: loaner car was a bit grimy...but, It was better than not having one at all.”

“I had a radiator hose leak in the middle of my daily work load. A good friend recommended me call Donathan. Although, he made no guarantees that he could get to it that day because he had other clients ahead of me, he told me to bring it on up. I dropped it off and he had it ready for me in time that I only had to reschedule a couple of my clients and got to finish out my day. He also didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the repair! I’m definitely adding them to my list of “go to” places for mechanical needs!”

“I had my reservations about taking my truck here based on the name shottenkirk, I give the sales team shottenkirk 0 stars. But the service department at the Ford dealer was great for me. I had a water pump replaced and oil pan on my f150. I just picked up my truck this morning and everything seems fine so far. Melissa kept me in the loop through out the entire process and I couldn't be happier. I will bring my truck here for oil changes, I would recommend the Service department here for sure.”
