“This historic house on the river is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quaint town of Glen Rose. Pam was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area’s history and a gracious host. The Texas Amphitheater is nearby, so check out a concert when you’re here.”

“We spent 2 nights on our spring break. The breakfast was outstanding. The coffee station - 5 stars for being 24/7 and for having regular/decaf and hot water for tea. The rooms were comfy and had a fridge and microwave plus cable. Even though the pool and hot tub weren't working it was okay because it was cold outside. Shout out to the Sunday night manager for helping me contact the gas station where I left my phone.”

“I recently stayed here and was very impressed with the place!

The exterior is very charming and well maintained. The inside was very clean and tidy. The foyer has many elegantly displayed fossils and other furnishings that complement the local history and were fun to look at. The rooms were very nice and clean with plenty of room. The outside pool area was a great relief from the Texas heat. The breakfast was terrific. I especially recommend the biscuits and gravy with the sausage patties, although there were plenty of other options to choose from. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, but I especially want to recognize Shanna, who was very polite and professional throughout the entire process and made sure my stay was accommodated.

Having a few of these qualities at any one stay isn't uncommon, but having everything come together so well is truly refreshing. I would give this place ten stars if I could. I will definitely recommend the Best Western Dinosaur Valley Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.”
