“Wife and I went for the VIP experience for a tasting. Check-in was quick and easy and we had several minutes to look around before the reservation time. We met up with Mark Sledge who walked us through several of the whiskeys that he has created.He presented us several flavor profiles and I have to say that my wife and I were quite impressed. Mark was a very personable guy and he knows everything about their product from start to finish. He described how every ingredient is hand crafted and I tell you, for a completely small batch company, he just does an outstanding job... And it's his Hobby!We really enjoyed the speak easy as well. There is a old train car that they converted and it was such a neat little space with some different mixed beverages.The one hiccup we had was getting a smash burger. Started with a swapped bag at the start and it died a death of 4's by not getting it right. The young man took care of us and was very apologetic. Our rating was not swayed by this last second thing for us. We got a huge laugh out of it.The space is amazing and their spirits are tasty. Great overall experience!”
