“My experience with Let Em Ride has been great...both times I purchased. I've read a couple negative reviews but I understood that I was purchasing a used vehicle. Things happen with a used vehicle which may need service. The ladies in the office explained my contracts to me, in great detail. If I hadn't taken the time to listen to what they were explaining before I signed, well that would've been on me. “We got our new (to us) used truck this evening and Daniel P. was great in navigating us through the whole process. If you need someone to help you that isn’t going to yank you around he is your guy! My bf went and test drove a few vehicles with him on Monday before settling on this truck. He would’ve got it right then and there with him but he needed to wait for me to get back from a trip ? it was all nice and freshly detailed before driving it away. “Overall we had a great experience here. We walked in knowing what we wanted and walked out with our new car 2 hours later. My only complaints are 1. We traded in a car with a full tank of gas and drove off with a car on empty where the gas light came on before even making it home and 2. The car wash they performed was pretty bad to where I was having to wash it the next day. Other than that this place was fantastic!”
