“I go in there all the time the staff is always very polite I tend to take a few extra minutes if I don't know what I'm there for and the girl with the dyed light blue hair during the afternoon shift (didn't get her name)is amazing about it.Edit: All the staff is like that but the girl mentioned is the one that really stuck out to me.”

I just tried to call to find out what hours they are open and the store in Joshua TX, the next town over, answered the phone. This store isn't open 24 hours either. “I never would have imagined I would leave a review for a convenience store, but this 7-11 is very well managed. Although every employee at this location is polite and courteous, I am leaving this review because of an employee named MELANIE! I have never in my life encountered an employee at a convenience store who is so respectful to each and every customer as Melanie is. I have witnessed Melanie treat each customer with the same respect. She is always in a good mood with a smile and cheerful attitude. There is also never a time when I have visited this location that she is not working. I am living in Joshua for only a month while I am in schooling, and it has been tough living away from home. Melanie and this 7-11 have been one of the few bright sides of Joshua Texas. Melanie makes her customers feel wanted and welcomed. I will go out of my way to visit this location because of the employees and how well this store is managed. Thank you Melanie! Thank you to the management! And thank you to the owner of this location for making sure your store creates a positive experience to all who spend their money here.”
