“My name is Richard Sharp from Alvin, Texas. My wife, Patty, and I were traveling from west Texas to Alvin at store quitting time when a tire pressure warning light came on. We are both in our 80's so we were very concerned. We started looking for help and we saw the AutoZone store with lights on and people. We pulled in and met PAUL! He saw right away our situation and took charge. By the way, a thunder storm was approaching and much of what PAUL did to help us was done in light rain. He got us back on the road and got us home safely. We were blessed that night to be in PAUL'S care and AutoZone is blessed to have an employee like PAUL working with the public. We shall always be a customer of AutoZone and hope AutoZone holds PAUL in high regard.”
