“I receive by e-mail and direct mail coupons on corporate looking format (Covert/Bastrop, Luling Chevrolet, All-American/Killeen). Although I purchased my 2022 Colorado from All American, I went for my first service here in Luling. My second service I was unable to book an appointment on-line and call Luling and was transferred four times to service and no body ever answered so I went to Covert Bastrop. My third service was in Luling and I booked it on-line when I presented a corporate coupon for oil change with tire rotation to the service department I was told by the service manager that it would not be honored in Luling. Thus I just received the oil change. I drove to Bastrop and Covert rotated my tires. I will most likely continue to use Covert since the service department is customer service friendly.”
