“I needed a roadside service for a blow out on my tractor trailer. I was at Circle G and in 20 min or so he was there and done in 10 min since it was an outside tire. Great service!!”
“My wife's car was acting up, and she noticed the brakes were not engaging and the ride was extremely bumpy. We are fairly new to the area, so she didn't really know where to go but needed to get off the road before she got into an accident. She saw West Motors and stopped, as best as she could, to have them check the vehicle. Come to find out, both rear shock mounts broke, and the break line was cut by one of them. They were very helpful and gave my wife very solid and good advice. Being that we have only had the vehicle 2 1/2 months, I had to argue with the dealership about them repairing the damages. They finally took responsibility. The guys at West Motor offered to help as much as they could and even offered to tow the vehicle to the dealership. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I out in a very scary and stressful moment. We didn't get any work done there, but they will definitely get my business when the time comes. It's hard to find honest and good people when it comes to auto repair, but we were very lucky to find them at West Motors Service Center.”

“My family and I were heading to San Marcos when our corolla broke down, I called other mechanics in town and they didnt have availability to get to our vehicle same day. We were waiting for a tow back home (an hour plus away) when John called us back and ran thru possible issues with me, they were able to run a diagnostic and get us back on the road so quickly. Everyone was very nice, I've never had our car break down like that but I'm so thankful they squeezed us in to get me and our girls back home.”

I got lucky bc aside from thr fact he was willing to help me out and sell Mr a turbo off his truck. He knew exactly what he was doing and got me back on the road in 2 hours. “We were driving out Ford F350 and pulling a 40’ fifth wheel Rv heading to El Paso from Galveston. All of a sudden we heard a huge boom and our truck decided it had had enough “pulling” and slowed down. We got off I10 close to Luling on a small feeder road and I started calling wrecker services. No one could help but one referred us to D and G. They said absolutely we can help, came from Gonzalez with two wrecker trucks in no time at all. After arriving, they checked out the engine and said they could fix it in 30 minutes!!! It turned out to be a hose that busted. They towed us to their shop a few miles away and sure enough fixed it! We thought we were going to have to take it to a dealer and be stuck for several days. We were on our way again after only a short time. They were so courteous and did a great service for us stranded strangers! We can’t say enough good things about them! If you’re ever stuck in that vicinity, don’t hesitate to contact them! They were a God sent blessing!!”
