“Wandered into McClain’s for “just a few things” and rolled out with enough bags to feed a small village or at least a very hungry uncle. The produce section was un-peel-ievably fresh, the bread aisle was on a roll, and the meat counter? Rarely disappoints.
I butter believe I spent 20 minutes in the cereal aisle debating life choices and another 10 in frozen foods pretending I wasn’t going to eat those pizza rolls at midnight. The cashier scanned like lightning—she had checkout chops.
Overall? McClain’s is grape and I’ll be back for seconds. Even if my cart had more cookies than common sense.”

“Livingston has experienced a flood one of the worst i’ve ever seen. This Dollar General is open and there is one lady working, she has been by herself and been nonstop since 9 o’clock this morning and it is noon, she’s been professional upbeat and extremely helpful. I’m not sure who this lady is but she deserves everything from Dollar General. It is May 2, 2024. I wish everything good happens to her.”

I felt I was on eternal(?) hold on phone after 10+ mins & entered a one star but she came back & pulled up an item I wanted to see if they had before I drove all the way there. They only have it by ordering online & she was very nice about looking it up once she came back to see if I was holding for automotive. I understand getting busy & forgetting the hold was for her.”

“We had a small wedding by Lake Livingston. I chose to get a wedding cake from The Livingston Walmart for something simple, easy to pick up and close to our venue . The ladies at this location knocked it out of the park. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend this bakery!”

“Tiffany the Mgr is the absolute BEST! ALL of the negative reviews on here well.....if you read them are written by people that complain about everything. However, I must say, this store ROCKS! TIFFANY ROCKS! The Mgr of my local DG did not have what I needed and she immediately called Tiffany and she completely went above and BEYOND to accommodate my needs and request! I will ALWAYS AND FOREVER BE GRATEFUL FOR TIFFANY, SHE IS ONE IN A MILLION. AND THAT IS HOW SHE RUNS HER STORE!”
