“Mrs. Rochelle has always been very professional and pleasant every time I have been to the post office. I have read the reviews that are negative about this office and cannot believe to what point these people had to go to get to such a negative attitude. It seems these people were so pleasant and I'm sure they had a great attitude and could not have had anything to do with the response that they are now reporting. Rochelle would not just call law enforcement on someone that came into the post office to conduct business. They appear to be the type of person who isn't happy unless everyone around them is unhappy. Shame on you.”

“The Livingston and the Onalaska TX post offices are the best. I do quite a bit of shipping, weekly. Express and priority anytime I need help with a shipment if needed the postmaster will help me directly. They help me like a local business should. A company I deal with wanted to switch to a different shipper and I advised them I would only work with USPS and they have never regretted it.”
