“I love this place. Normally with supermarkets, the number one thing lacking is the layout is depressing. Here, it is a very welcoming place, setting it apart from rivaling retail experiences, but let's get to merchandise...
They have many of the basic staple brands you'd expect but where they exceed is their bakery, deli, and sushi counter which are not just affordable, but exceed in quality where it matters. They always have fresh material available and if I'm wanting to make a fresh meal from scratch, obtaining raw materials here has never been an issue.
The employees are kind, the place is spacious. There's an amazing seasonal section with beautiful flowers maintained well. Orchids and other various bouquets. If I were to pick up a bouquet from any place, here would be the first place I'd be looking. Amazingly aesthetic pieces and also not out of the price range for most individuals.
Good, good place! I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you haven't before. I really don't think you'll regret it.
Side note, if you are looking for fishing gear and or licenses however, I don't think there is that particular stuff available and I'd probably go to Walmart to fulfill that need.”
“I don't have any complaints about this location I always get a discount on my gas with the Kroger card.. that tends to make the gas a little cheaper than most places so I shop here quite often everything is always clean and the staff working at the location are always friendly”

“Stopped in and grabbed a drink on ice. Decided to exchange our empty propane tanks for filled tanks that they had. The process was fast and we were on our way back to camp.
They do have a restroom. Employees are fast and helpful.”

They do their best to get everyone through, and the manager manages to smile even as customers are yelling. Honestly, I just wish the customers were better, can I give them all a review???? XD”

“Been going daily for years but that one girl Kaley is the most miserable employee I have ever seen in my life. She never speaks, never thanks and never has a smile. I feel like I am an inconvenience every time she’s my cashier. I’m sure I’m not the only one that sees that. If you don’t want to be there, find something else because the rest of the staff are amazing and you’re definitely bringing down the ambience down. Makes me let people go in front of me just so I don’t have to be around her.”
“Fantastic customer service Everytime I come in, Very polite even when I can't get my Google pay to load lol. Ponnu is always accommodating is the nicest dude ever. 10/10 would recommend. He also ordered mangonada flavored twisted tea bc that's the only store I like going to. The originally didn't have them but my dude came through. Oh and he also handles rude customers very professionally lololol.”

“Fred the owner of Tommy's has finally upgraded his machines at least they have at the no. 5 store. Will update as I come I contact with them. I gave 4 stars because they are still pay inside only but the machines are very high tech and nice. They look good and now all they need is complete functionality. Will I be able to get gas after they are closed is the question. Granbury stores are not open after 11.”

“Had an issue with a Visa gift card I bought for the holidays. Staff went above and beyond to make things right, even when Visa was being horrible. Johnny and Bethany went out of their way to try to help, even staying on the phone with Visa and me for nearly 75 min total between the two of them. If you want customer service and people that genuinely care, this is the place. Could not recommend them enough.”

“People tend to post complaints but I have to share a positive experience I had at 7AM this morning.I'm hosting a Ladies sleepover weekend and as many of you are probably experiencing, I have to go to multiple stores to get all the ingredients for recipes.This morning, I arranged for curbside at 7am at both H‑E‑B and Walmart. Walmart was out of things I needed and when I got to H‑E‑B, I asked if one particular item (fairly expensive) could be added to my order. The answer was "no" so they GAVE it to me to "thank me for my business." Brycen is the young man that made that happen. H‑E‑B always exceeds my expectations but this gesture left me speechless. H‑E‑B is the furthest grocery store from my house but because of employees like him, I will always make that 1 hour round trip to support such a great company and staff. #iLoveHEB This is exactly what my Visnostics books teach to sales and marketing teams; Always treat clients the way you want to be treated and the revenue will follow. #visnosticsalesandmarketing”
