“The framing dept is 5 star‼they provided lots of options and ideas.. they also handled my items with white gloves.. I was told I could pick my items up Friday of that week but instead got all 3 items done the same day and they were better than perfect.. I'll be back for any future framing projects. “Staff is always helpful, place is always clean. This ones not as busy as others due to it's location and township, in a lake town with with water going folks more than craftspersons. Just an observation. This store is very similar to others in what they carry, it's also similar in how much is being taken out. They don't carry as much items as they used too, the stores a shrinking. This one is the closest one to us and we are glad it is.”

“I had to leave a review after the incredible kindness I experienced tonight at the Granbury Ross.
After the store had already closed, I realized my car battery was dead. It was 90 degrees, my phone was dying, and I had no service to contact AAA. I knocked on the door hoping someone might be willing to help.
Despite being off the clock and after closing time, both the female manager and Tyrin stepped up to make sure I was okay. Tyrin went above and beyond to help get my car running again and made sure I was safe before leaving. In a world where people are often in a hurry, his willingness to help a complete stranger meant more than he probably realizes.
Tyrin for the win! 👏 Ross is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you again, and thank you to the manager for taking the time to help when you both could have simply gone home. Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten.
