Came in for a lab draw and was in and out in around 10 minutes! I've been called a hard stick, but they were able to find my vein easily and it was pretty painless too. Will be going again for any future blood draws needed.

Appointments are several days out, onsite check in kiosk is impersonal and difficult for elderly to maneuver and assistance is not readily available. Probably fine with an appointment.

I have to train the older people in wait room how to use the self check-in since no front desk staff. Where is payroll?
