“I have been coming to this location for a few years and today I just had to let the people in charge know that it was by far the BEST experience I've EVER had with a tech/phlebotomist!! I did not get her name, sadly but she is a beautiful person and was so positive and kind! She is an African American with glasses and she needs to know how wonderful she made me feel. I wasn't even having my blood drawn but just a sample drop off and her professionalism and character are just top notch! Thank you so much for making my day!! I also want to add, I've always had a great experience with the other techs as well! Thank you all!!!”
