Had an appointment for 8am checked in at 7:54 It was crowded so I thought it would be awhile. At 9:25 when someone came to the front desk i asked why was the wait so long . I was told they called my name a few times earlier. When I told them they did not that I was in waiting area the whole time they said that I was sent a text. The only one I received was at the time I checkedin at 7:54. So He sent me to a room where I then waited 15 more minutes till he came to draw my blood . I will drive to a different location another town it will be faster. Granbury labcorp deserves less than 1 star

The young man working today 11/8/24 was exceptional. They were short staffed and he was handling the front desk and the blood draws. He had a great attitude working hard to get everyone in/out quickly with excellent service. He needs a bonus!

To be honest, I really didn’t want to go here based on the reviews but I was very happy with my experience. I got in and out pretty quick without an appointment and the girl that drew my blood was really nice.

We have been to this office twice in the past 2 weeks. The girl at the front desk is very rude and obviously doesn’t care about her job. She has zero customer service skills. She doesn’t greet customers and seems like she can’t be bothered when you have a question. She looked like she just hopped out of bed and went to work. She was sitting at the desk and looked like she was sleeping. I will drive to Fort Worth before I go back to Lab Corp.

Called at least 8 time through out the day to try and get through to a rep. No answer at all. Then after looking at the hours posted online I drove 45 mins to the office. Arriving within the designated time slot. And of course they changed their hours and had already closed. An excellent waste of time

The girl at the front has an attitude and overall unfriendly. She needs to at least look like she cares. Theresa's an older gentleman after me, and he left! I couldn't leave because it was the closest office to me.

Seems strange to have someone sitting at front desk not offering to speed up check in line. Instead there are six deep in line waiting to use the check in machine.

The girl running the front desk was very rude and does not have any class. She does not know how to socially act to have this job. I was there to drop off a specimen. She rudely told me to sign in on the pad with my drivers license and insurance which I had no problem doing. I then waited 10 minutes as they called back five other people. When she came out to call the next person, I asked her if I could just hand her what I have to drop off. She looked at me as if I had killed her dog. Stared me down with a grimace on her face as if I was the one being rude. Whoever runs this place needs to check this staff out especially her. What a disgusting human. Even after all the other reviews I’ve seen, there’s definitely something wrong with her and that office.

Didn’t have supplies and tried to tell me they don’t carry or provide a salivary cortisol swab. Didn’t provide written instructions for 24 hr urine. Didn’t provide collection device for toilet for 24?hr urine. Turned off lights I reception area at 4:30 while I was standing there and acted rudely when asked, o thought the facility was open til 5 and you don’t turn lights off on your customers. Then to seal the sub par experience told me my blood work had to be drawn when I brought the 24 hr urine back even though my physician needed the results stating 1st that they were interpreted together and then changed that to “we don’t split orders up and want to do everything at once because that’s our process regardless of what the ordering physician prescribes or wants!” “Seriously!” If there was a score lower than 1 that’s what I would have given. The man at the desk ordered swabs and said they would call me when they arrived. I do not trust that will happen.
