“The place is organized, but navigation wise, it's not the greatest. Is there really a great way to organize the vastly different stuff they have though? Not really. They did their best with their materials, and there are eager and helpful associates ready for you if you need help looking for something. Typically, things appear where you'd expect to find them department wise and honestly, I'm never worried about making a quick in and out trip there. They have groups dedicated to paint, lumber, and appliances. All awesome groups. Overall, a good experience. I wish the signs for the aisles were further out from the aisle as they aren't easy to see, and thus makes navigating take longer.”

“Had a mix up with delivery of flowers a couple days ago. Not sure who was at fault…my son most likely, who was supposed to get the flowers at the front gate of the ranch where he was staying. Regardless, Michelle at the shop made it right and refunded my money. I appreciate the customer service!! I’ll do business with them again if the need arises.”
