“Spring time garden plants and flowers. It's always crazy busy. I wish that they had a better space for vegetable plants. It was very small, and generally, only a person could walk in the narrow aisle ways. Not really enough room to squat down to look at the plants on the lower level. I'm not sure what happened since last year but I wish the layout was better. Not even room to take a shopping cart with you this year.”
“Today, at ours Lowe’s in Granbury, Tx, my husband and I went in to purchase some new Levolor blinds for our kitchen. One of the managers there , DEBORA helped us. The item we were looking for was not in their stock inventory at our Lowe’s in Granbury. So, she helped us work through every single scenario possible to help us get our order placed online at the lowest possible cost to us. She was extremely patient, very helpful, kind, and friendly. We left the store feeling like DEBORA was a new friend and truly cared about making our shopping experience there a great one. We love our Lowe’s in Granbury and shop there often. “I've shopped at TSC in Granbury for years. Most often the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Every once in a while there would be new employees, and my experiences weren't what I'd become accustomed to. Do I get special treatment? No, but I do get help when needed. Some of the reviews are very critical of TSC itself, when maybe their hiring practices need to be a tad more stringent on persons who really want to, or need to, work in the retail world, but also realize their actions reflect completely on the company. Overall, I am happy with TSC, but do hope they continue to keep abreast of current complaints and find solutions. If I find any issues, positive or negative, I try to relay it to the in-charge person immediately. Reviews do work, both for negative and positive. So the Granbury TSC is on the positive side for me. I also know generally what day(s) delivery trucks arrive which helps me tremendously on feed etc. Try not to go on the weekends, or call first. I've used their delivery system as well, and no problems.”
