Pecan Discount Pharmacy offers a sincere small town vibe and a pleasant family feel atmosphere. The knowledgeable pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always there to help. They keep medications in stock when others run out and have great prices, always looking for the best savings. However, a customer reported that an advertised delivery service was emphatically denied on a Saturday despite a desperate need, in an interaction that broke their heart. Many customers still make a special drive to visit, but some feel the friendly, hometown business has changed.
I moved out of Pecan 5 years ago but still make the drive to this pharmacy because of the sincere small town vibe, and they always keep my thyroid meds in stock while pharmacies in town seem to run out.
