“I never have a bad experience in this store! Everyone is always kind and helpful! I needed help at the customer service counter today and several deli workers checked on me to see that I had been helped while I waited and Revah was super helpful the minute she had a spare second to see what I needed. She was clearly trying to do several jobs at once but she was kind and patient with me despite being super busy. This store is super clean and organized and the deli food is always good. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the prices can be a little high, even in sale items. However, if you pay attention, you can stock the freezer and the pantry inexpensively with eCoupons and the BOGO deals.”

“Big screen so you can see without your glasses and no loud ads playing while you pump, it's a new fuel are so it is clean and fresh. If I know HEB they will keep it that way. Easy to access from the highway and if you are a buc-cees lover it's right next door.”

“Everyone at CVS Granbury that I have had dealings with are caring, competent, and concerned for their customer's well-being and satisfaction. Honestly, I admit, I have had occasions where I waited in CVS Granbury store over 35 minutes for shots for which I had an appointment (Shingles and Flu.) I admit that have been frustrated waiting in the drive through lane, only to see when I got to the front their sign that they are now closed for lunch. (Obviously, with enough competent staff, they COULD take separate lunch times and keep the pharmacy open during lunch.) I admit that I believe they need to be open later hours during the week, as the pharmacy closes before the CVS store does, and sometimes I can't get there in time due to my long commute. I realize that I am not their only customer. However, they KNOW me in this store and greet me with a smile when I come in to shop. Glenn even installed rental A/C units when the compressor went out to keep people from passing out this summer and to insure the chocolate didn't melt. That shows he cares! Are the staff perfect? No. But they ARE working on making improvements. If I didn't love my career as a teacher, I would apply at this store to work because they share my love for people. I love this CVS, warts and all. “I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to one of your employees, Kayleigh, for her extraordinary kindness and compassion. I was recently passing through on a very long, difficult drive from Louisiana to Texas in a vehicle with no air conditioning. I was incredibly thirsty and in a vulnerable situation I felt I was going to pass out. When I expressed that I could not wait another 30 minutes just to get a drink of water, my partner was being a jerk and making the situation even more stressful for both of us. Because I did not have any money with me at that moment, I felt completely helpless. Kayleigh stepped in and went above and beyond by purchasing water for me. Her simple act of kindness was a total lifesaver and meant the world to me during such a difficult and upsetting time. “It's a nice store but people have trouble with the self checkout and there's only 1 cashier. I did ok because I am used to it and if you utilize the CVS app for your coupons it makes it a lot easier to check out. I tried to help a frustrated lady who was using the self checkout beside me. The cashier came over to help, but the lady said he did not actually help her much.”
