They keep medications in stock when others run out and have great prices, always looking for the best savings. However, a customer reported that an advertised delivery service was emphatically denied on a Saturday despite a desperate need, in an interaction that broke their heart. Many customers still make a special drive to visit, but some feel the friendly, hometown business has changed.
