“Where do I begin.. I was in an unfortunate accident last Saturday morning resulting in my back bumper being dented horribly. Needless to say, I was referred to Champion Collision Repair where the experience was 5 star from the time I walked through the front door.
There were was a female by the name of Claudia who greeted me and asked how could she help. I mentioned to her I spoke to the owner via phone and was waiting for him. She then offered me a seat and asked if I wanted coffee or water which I told her I was fine and thank you. A gentleman name Ray came from the back area asking if I need assistance with anything, I advised him I was waiting for the owner - he stated ok while mentioning if there’s I need anything please let him know.
Sam who is the owner came out to the lobby area, greeted himself then asked how can he help. I recognized his voice from our prior call to me coming into the office. I said “just the guy who I’m looking to speak to” as we then begin walking outside to my car. He saw the damage and stated you are in good hands, please leave your key and your car will be ready Friday.
I came Friday (yesterday) to pick up my baby and when I say she look like she was off the showroom floor again - I had tears of joy!!
I would recommend anyone who has been in a collision accident to bring your car to Sam. From the outstanding customer service his team presents, attentiveness, communication and respect making you feel like family - down to the amazing work done to my car resulting in a quick turnaround time with perfect results speak so many volumes about this company!

I drive a Porsche and nobody else knew how to get my suv into the carwash machine here the Manager explained how to do it & recommended a carwash package to help my suv get all the bug stains out and bird stains. Nobody had ever explained to me in detail. Jose the manager here has 13 years experience and looks out for the customers best interest. Excellent customer service.”
