“This place deserves more than 5 stars. I was impressed from the very first phone call. I was in an accident and just wanted to find out if my frame was bent before calling the insurance company (I don't trust them). When I called and spoke with Max (the owner), I offered to drive it up to him for him to look at it. He insisted that he would take time out of his busy Saturday to come to my house to look at it and let me know what he thought. He showed up let me know within 5 minutes that my frame was indeed NOT bent and then proceeded to let me know what it would take to fix it. He jotted everything down and by Monday morning he had an estimate sent over to me so that I would be ready when I talked to my insurance company. There were so many little things Max did that was above and beyond. I have already told everyone about this place and I will continue to recommend Karma Automotive and Collision Repair to everyone I know. Within a week, I had my truck back and it looks brand new! “Came across this shop as it is right behind where my family lives. Scheduling was very easy. The simplified pricing makes it easier of customers and for sure business operations. The service I was look for was Full Paint Protection Film (PPF). When the job was complete Mr Sharp talked to be about the business a bit and how the work is done. He made sure I understood warranty and insurance claims along with proper care for the materials. I also noticed on a car that already has graphics they go out of their time to make sure the PPF sits on the graphics instead of 'over the side' so there are no air bubbles. Much much appreciated.I was scheduled to pick up my car Friday evening but a severe storm came through, like it does, and he offered to leave my car there till Monday which was kind. Thank you.”

“I recently bought a new-to-me C7 silver Corvette Stingray convertible that had a couple of chrome rims with some curb scraping. After consulting with Tim he convinced me to ditch the chrome and powder coat the rims black. I was not disappointed! Completely changed the look of my car! Tim and his team just recently wrapped up installing a CAI and Corsa exhaust system (with black tips) with a complete aero package (splitter, side skirts, spoiler, etc.) install coming soon. A big thanks to Tim and his staff for their quality work!!!”

“I stopped by today because my check engine light was on. Ms Sonia helped me check out why the light would be on. Turns out I needed some fluids. She was kind enough to hold the hood of the car for me while I filled up on the fluids. She was even nice enough to show me how to put on new windshield wipers. I really appreciated her help today. It’s sometimes hard going into auto zone as a young woman and the men can be rude & judge you for not knowing anything about cars. Not once was ms Sonia rude or condescending. She was very helpful and should I need anything else related to my car I will be back at this location.”
