“Where do I begin.. I was in an unfortunate accident last Saturday morning resulting in my back bumper being dented horribly. Needless to say, I was referred to Champion Collision Repair where the experience was 5 star from the time I walked through the front door.
There were was a female by the name of Claudia who greeted me and asked how could she help. I mentioned to her I spoke to the owner via phone and was waiting for him. She then offered me a seat and asked if I wanted coffee or water which I told her I was fine and thank you. A gentleman name Ray came from the back area asking if I need assistance with anything, I advised him I was waiting for the owner - he stated ok while mentioning if there’s I need anything please let him know.
Sam who is the owner came out to the lobby area, greeted himself then asked how can he help. I recognized his voice from our prior call to me coming into the office. I said “just the guy who I’m looking to speak to” as we then begin walking outside to my car. He saw the damage and stated you are in good hands, please leave your key and your car will be ready Friday.
I came Friday (yesterday) to pick up my baby and when I say she look like she was off the showroom floor again - I had tears of joy!!
I would recommend anyone who has been in a collision accident to bring your car to Sam. From the outstanding customer service his team presents, attentiveness, communication and respect making you feel like family - down to the amazing work done to my car resulting in a quick turnaround time with perfect results speak so many volumes about this company!

“Thank you Tim and team! I highly recommend RimSpec! I’d never been to this place before. I drove in from Farmers Branch on a Saturday morning to get my wheel repaired from some ugly looking curb scratches I caused. I’d roughed up about 1/4 of the edge of my entire rim. I thought I might have to come back on Monday, but Tim took a look and said he’d get it done and to come back at closing. I came back at closing time and Tim stayed late to finish it off. He did an amazing job! Looks brand new and matches perfectly! Tim and the team really take care of you. And take pride in their work. Much appreciated!”

“I really recommend this place. My husband and I stopped in there Sunday afternoon because we noticed a leak coming from the coolant reservoir in our car. We were convinced it was a cracked tank, cracked tube or maybe even something worse. As soon as we got there we were greeted and our car was immediately checked out. They did pressure test for free (other places we looked at wanted to charge $60-$100).
Come to find out the hose clamp was bad and that’s why there was coolant leaking in that area. The guy put a whole new clamp and seal on.
The reason I am posting this review is because not knowing exactly what was wrong with our car this place could’ve easily taken advantage of us but they didn’t. They were honest and had integrity. After the guy fixed the issue we were shocked at the price he charged us. We literally paid close to nothing which also blew us away because other shops probably would’ve charged us $100
Or more.
I told my husband when we left we should start bringing our cars here for any future service we might need.
We don’t mind paying whatever we have to pay to take care of our cars but when you find a shop like this with people who are honest, kind and, have integrity it makes you want to spend your money with them because you don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of.
I am so grateful for our experience yesterday and I would definitely recommend these guys!”
